Welcome to OLUTTY's TRAVELS & TOURS. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing this website and booking a trip with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after:
- Your completed booking form has been received.
- The required deposit or full payment has been received (where applicable).
- You have received written confirmation from Olutty Travels & Tours.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a place on a trip.
2. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the final payment date stated for your trip.
Failure to make payments by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in the stated currency and are subject to change until your booking has been confirmed.
Prices include only the services specifically listed under “What’s Included” for each trip.
4. Flights
Unless clearly stated otherwise, international and domestic flights are not included in the package price.
For group departures, travellers may be required to book the recommended group flight. Flight details will be provided before booking.
Travellers are responsible for booking their own flights unless Olutty Travels & Tours has agreed in writing to arrange them.
5. Travel Documents
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they have:
- A valid passport
- Any required visas
- Necessary travel permits
- Any health documentation required for entry
Olutty Travels & Tours is not responsible for denied boarding or refused entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
6. Passport Validity
Travellers are responsible for ensuring their passport meets the entry requirements of the destination, including any minimum validity period required by immigration authorities.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellation
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Personal belongings
- Emergency evacuation where appropriate
Some trips may require proof of travel insurance before departure.
8. Accommodation
Accommodation is generally based on twin-sharing unless otherwise stated.
Solo travellers may:
- Share with another traveller of the same gender where possible, or
- Request a single room for an additional supplement, subject to availability.
9. Health & Fitness
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the trip.
Any medical conditions, allergies or mobility requirements that may affect travel should be disclosed before booking.
10. Itinerary Changes
While we aim to operate every trip as advertised, Olutty Travels & Tours reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:
- Accommodation
- Activities
- Transportation
- Itineraries
Changes may be necessary due to weather, safety concerns, supplier availability or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Cancellation by the Traveller
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation and any non-refundable costs already incurred.
Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
12. Cancellation by Olutty Travels & Tours
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to:
- Insufficient bookings
- Safety concerns
- Natural disasters
- Government travel restrictions
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Where possible, travellers will be offered an alternative trip, a credit or a refund for payments made to Olutty Travels & Tours for services not provided. Refunds for third-party services already purchased separately (such as flights booked directly by the traveller) are subject to the terms of those providers.
13. Traveller Conduct
Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, local communities, guides and suppliers.
We reserve the right to remove any traveller whose behaviour is dangerous, abusive or disruptive without refund where appropriate.
14. Liability
Olutty Travels & Tours acts as the organiser and/or booking agent for various travel services.
While we carefully select our suppliers, we cannot accept responsibility for losses, delays, injuries or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including airline delays, weather events, government actions or supplier failures, except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
15. Photography & Marketing
During group trips, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in marketing materials, please notify us in writing before the trip.
16. Privacy
Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for purposes related to your booking and our services.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Olutty Travels & Tours, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
