To help you prepare for your trip, please read the following important information before making your booking.

🏨 Accommodation

Accommodation is based on twin-sharing, meaning two travellers will share one room with separate beds or a double bed (subject to availability). If you’re travelling alone, you may be paired with another same-gender traveller or choose a single room supplement at an additional cost, subject to availability.

🛂 Passport Validity

All travellers must hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity from the date of return. It is your responsibility to ensure your passport meets the entry requirements for your destination.

📄 Visa Requirements

Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. It is the traveller’s responsibility to check and obtain any required visas before departure. If you need supporting travel documents from Olutty Travels & Tours, we’ll be happy to assist where possible.

🛡️ Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers and may be mandatory for certain trips. Your policy should include medical cover, trip cancellation, personal belongings and emergency assistance.

💉 Health & Vaccinations

Please check with your healthcare provider or local travel clinic for any recommended vaccinations or health advice before travelling. You are responsible for ensuring you meet any health requirements for your destination.

💳 Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified final payment date. Flexible payment plans may be available for selected trips.

🧳 Luggage

Please check your booking confirmation for luggage allowances. We recommend travelling with one medium suitcase and one small carry-on bag unless otherwise stated.

📱 Travel Documents

Your final itinerary, travel information and any booking confirmations will be sent to you before departure. Please ensure your contact details are accurate when booking.

✈️ Flight Information

Please note that international flights are not included in the package price.

To ensure the group travels together, all participants are required to book the recommended flight listed in the trip details. Flight information, including the airline, departure airport, flight number and departure time, will be provided on this page and in your booking confirmation.

Travellers are responsible for booking their own flights. We recommend booking only after receiving confirmation that your place on the trip has been secured. If you would like assistance with booking the recommended flight, the Olutty Travels & Tours team will be happy to help.

Booking the recommended flight allows the group to arrive together, making airport transfers and the start of the trip smooth and hassle-free.
